Form 1099 - IRS Information Returns
We support the Form 1099 (MISC,INT,DIV & R) State Filing for North Dakota as part of CF/SF program
North Dakota requires 1099 Forms to be submitted to the state.

North Dakota does not requires the Form 1099 copies of interest, dividends, pensions or annuities unless there is state income tax withhold. Also the state does not require a Reconciliation form with the filing of Form 1099. If you file information electronically, the Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statement Form 307 is not required and should not be submitted.
Transmittal Letter/Reconciliation Report:
Unless you are withholding North Dakota state income tax, you are not required to submit 1099 Form copies of interest, dividends, pensions, or annuities. No Reconciliation form is required.
North Dakota participates in Combined Federal/State Filing (CF/SF) Program. Through this program, the IRS will forward the state information part of the 1099 to North Dakota.
